A program of Marshall University’s Center for Environmental, Geotechnical and Applied Sciences (CEGAS) are looking for non profits, government entities and higher education to apply for a grant of up to $45,000 to implement a renewable energy project (wind, solar and/or biomass) on a surface mine site.
