Baard Energy Coal Gasification Plant

Presentation by Steve Dopuch with Baard Energy, LLC at the 2009 Ohio Forestry Association on the outlook for clean fuels from coal and biomass.  Discussed the development of the Ohio River Clean Fuels Plant near Wellsville, OH.  Plant will procure wood from OH, WV, and PA to use in the coal gasification process.  Best case schedule was plant construction to begin in summer or 2010, site preparation in summer 2009.
